This was a large extension and renovation to an existing property. We completed all of the building work including the masonry, floors and new roof. In addition there was a new garage we constructed and we did all of the landscaping including a large two level fish pond.

This project was an interesting one. We turned an existing derelict stable block into a two bedroom, single storey home. The work included making the structure safe and bringing it up to modern specifications.

This project involved a loft conversion, two double storey extensions and extensive modification of the existing roof structure. The customer was able to stay living in the house during the works. We also completed extensive landscaping works to the rear garden to make a large patio area.

This project involved a large double garage construction with a games room and bar on the second floor. The excavation for this project included the removal of 2500 tonnes and the construction of a large concrete retaining wall before construction of the main building began. Further landscaping works and modification of the conservatory roof were also completed.

This project was on a house where we had previously completed a large double storey extension over 20 years previously. This second project extended further from the previous work and involved a completed renovation of the interior with substantial modifications to the layout including a large open plan kitchen and living area. A summer house was also constructed along with landscaping.

This was a new build project undertaken for a repeat customer. We were the principal contractor and completed all stages of work from excavation through to landscaping.

This project included an extension to the rear of the property and a substantial knock through to create an open plan kitchen and living area.

We were tasked with modifying the internal layout of this newly purchased bungalow for the customer including adding an additional bathroom, open plan kitchen area and a media wall. There was also external works to update the façade of the property as well as full landscaping to the rear and new driveway.

A single storey extension was added to the side of the property to create an office space, downstairs bathroom and consulting room for the clients home based business. This was in addition to previous works done at the property by ourselves.

We added an extension across the rear of the property to incorporate the existing kitchen/dining area and create an open plan living area.

This was a new build property including the demolition of the existing house and site clearance. The building was a timber frame construction and was overseen by the customer. We also undertook all of the landscaping works.

This project included the demolition of the existing bungalow and site clearance in order for us to construct a new build bungalow and fully landscape the site.
